We wont know the decision until the 10th this month but I assume everyone will vote for 40 grand instead of 30 grand. I know I voted for 40. Its not like I have a future on the reserve to think that Chief and Council will ever let it benefit me. Plus I have an idea on what to do with that 40 grand. It would be a good starter for a business of mine own. 30 will still make the mark but to answer your question; the vote was not veto.
